We also review the stacks these tools generate, including React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, Firebase, and PostgreSQL. If your app runs on a different stack, share the details and we’ll confirm coverage before you pay.
How long does the audit take?
Most audits are delivered within 72 hours of receiving access to your codebase. Larger apps with multiple services or complex integrations may take longer, and we’ll tell you upfront if that applies. You’ll receive the full report, a prioritized fix list, and a walkthrough call to discuss the findings.
Is the $499 refundable?
The $499 audit fee is non-refundable once the audit begins, because engineering time is committed from day one. However, if you hire iTechnolabs to implement the fixes, the full $499 is credited toward your development cost, so the audit effectively costs nothing when you build with us.
Can you implement the fixes?
Yes. Our engineers can implement every fix in the report, from security patches and database optimization to integration repairs and refactoring. Your $499 audit fee is credited toward the development work. You can also take the report to your own developers or another agency. There’s no obligation to continue with us.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We’ll sign your NDA, or provide our own, before you share any code or project details. As an ISO 27001-certified company, iTechnolabs follows documented information security controls for handling client code, credentials, and data, both during the audit and after it’s delivered.
What if my app isn't built with AI tools?
We still audit it. The same review covers apps written by freelancers, offshore agencies, or in-house teams, including architecture, security, code quality, integrations, and performance. AI-built apps just tend to share predictable gaps. Share your stack and codebase size, and we’ll confirm scope, timeline, and pricing.
What access do you need to my app?
Read-only access to your code repository is usually enough, typically through GitHub, GitLab, or a project export from your AI tool. For deeper checks, we may request a staging environment or test credentials. We never need production write access, and you can revoke access once the audit is done.
Will the audit change my code?
No. The audit is review-only. We read and test your code but don’t modify it, push commits, or touch your live app. Every recommended change is listed in the report with its priority and effort estimate, so you decide what gets fixed, when, and by whom.
